Nature of Services & Medical Disclaimer All services, including Biomagnetic Pranic Healing, Emotional Pranic Healing, and Astrological Readings, are for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only. Practitioners are not licensed medical doctors, psychotherapists, or financial advisors. Our services are complementary wellness support and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult licensed professionals for major health or life concerns. Outcomes are not guaranteed, and you are fully responsible for your personal choices. You must be 18 or older to book. 2. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds Payment in full is required at booking via our secure platform. Because you are paying for the practitioner's dedicated time and energetic commitment, no refunds are issued for completed sessions, regardless of subjective outcome. • 24+ Hours' Notice: Cancellations or reschedules receive a full refund. • Under 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations incur a 50% fee. • No-Shows: Non-refundable; the full fee is forfeited. If OM Point Wellness must cancel an appointment, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule. 3. Privacy & California Rights Your privacy is paramount. Information shared during sessions (including health history or birth data) is strictly confidential. We collect standard contact and usage data solely to provide services, process payments, and communicate with you. We never sell your personal information. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights. 4. Liability & Governing Law To the maximum extent permitted by law, OM Point Wellness is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services. Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Los Angeles County. 5. Course Policies: Non-refundable deposits secure seats; balance due before class. Certification requires full attendance and participation, not just payment. Course materials and symbols are strictly for personal use and cannot be shared or taught without Master authorization.
